Throughout the course, students will examine the historical aspects of women in leadership; contemporary examples of women leaders and their management, leadership, and communication styles; and characteristics that are common among women leaders. Students will be examining personal and organizational characteristics of successful women leaders and using this examination to devise a model of organizational design and culture that supports women in leadership. The project is divided into four milestones, which will be submitted at various points throughout the course to scaffold learning and ensure quality final submissions.
