Georges Seurat’s themes (1859 – 1891) addressed within his paintings were as well impressionist subjects, however, he portrayed them in some resolutely professional way. Seurat developed a disciplined as well as painstaking system for painting, which devoted itself in analysis of color. He had much less concern on immediate color sensations recording than he was with organizing them in some careful into some new type of pictorial arrangement. Seurat disciplined the free as well as fluent play for color, which characterized impressionism into calculated arrangement founded on scientific theory of color.

Neo-Impressionism happens to be a term that is practiced on an Avant- garde movement of art, which flourished during the period between 1886 and 1906 in France. The Neo Impression circle artist, led by the good example, Georges Seurat, renounced the accidental spontaneity for impression in favor for some measured method that was grounded within science as well as the study for optics. Fortified by existing the writing on theory of color, the discourses of Eugene Chevreul, Odgen Rood and Charles Henry for instance, it came to the believe of Neo Impressionists that interwoven pigment’s separate touches lead to a superior color vibrancy within the eye of an observer than achieved by conventional pigments’ mixing on the palette. They felt that the careful paint application, as well known as Melange Optigue or optical mixture, would appreciate a lively sparkle of light on canvas. Separation of color through individual pigment strokes became to be referred to as divisionism and on the other hand, application of detailed dots of paint became to be called pointillism (Fred, 664).

Then, I will tell them to say the name of the part that I point. Therefore, this strategy will allow the engagement of the student in the process, is I will use it for both individual student and the group learning.

Secondly, the learning process is repetitive in nature, thus, as a teacher engaging young students, I will engage oral repetition of the content to the students in the form of a question (Gavriel, 2013). Thus, after every sub-unit covered in class, at the end of the lessons, I will randomly ask questions repeatedly in the context of the class, to allow students to synthesize the information gained, as well as, evaluate their understanding and grasping power on the subunit covered. For instance, engaging the plant part of the leaf, I can ask questions such as what color is a leaf, the parts of the leaf and function of the leaf on the plant. With such oral questions, I will evaluate their understanding of the content through oral questioning.

The use of total physical response strategy is also applicable in orally questioning the students on the unit content. This strategy includes demonstration, where I can request a student to act out the function of a certain plant part and others to name that part. Moreover, I can also dramatize the function of the plant part we study and ask them to name that part. This strategy will prove effective as drama is always enjoyable and fascinating to young people. Thus, like my students, I will engage them orally efficiently.

In a 3rd grade class with students with diverse cultural and language backgrounds, it is essential for the lesson strategies to cater for diversity in the&nbsp.class.&nbsp.

Provide a 6 pages analysis while answering the following question: Problems Associated With Advancement in Technology. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. New advancements in technology are brought through the knowledge of crafts, tools, methods and techniques or special scientific and technology systems. In addition, technological developments play a significant role in resolving diverse kinds of issues and problems. Basically, these technological developments can be seen in different areas such as in information technology, construction technology, space technology, medical technology, communication technology, art technology and so on. Moreover, the advancement in technology refers to the development of all the areas connected with technology. Technology normally influences animal species, humans and society. In fact, a lot of researches have been carried out on this subject shown that advancement in technology plays a significant role in the improvement of human life. Before the 20th century, this idea was rare in English. In this scenario, the earlier technology was taken as the explanation of art that was helpful. However, the description of “technology” has been changed with the development of technology (Advancements in Technology, 2012. Turban, Leidner, McLean, & Wetherbe, 2005). This paper will discuss the advancements in technology. In this scenario, this paper will discuss some of the important developments in technology that helped the human race to become much faster, competent and more developed.

Development in technology performs a significant role in a number of areas/fields. In this scenario, one of the main technology-based developments is seen in political sectors. With the advancement of technology, a wide variety of war tools, guns, bombs are made. Though, they are bad for mass people who are not concerned with the war. On the other hand, communication technology has narrowed the issues and barriers to human communication. In fact, the history of developments in technology is both rich and long.

Create a 5 pages page paper that discusses in doctor strangelove, there was a great deal of emphasis placed upon the. In 1964, Herbert Marcuse introduced to the word his radical masterpiece entitled One-Dimensional Man. He unbolted an impressive question at the opening of his book in which he inquired about the irony of the very function of the atomic catastrophe. he stipulated that while the annihilation of humankind is imminent due to the escalating inventions of weapons of mass destruction, these warfare technologies are the primary protectors of the power that created the danger. Recently, Marcuse budged his attention from thermonuclear destruction into pop culture or the production of cultural representations which are largely shown in consumer products. Marcuse dedicated much of his thinking time in calculating the upshots of technological advancement today. He stalwartly judged that empires generated technological stratagems to finally liberate an individual from excruciating labor and lack of knowledge while at the same time making use of these technologies to outwit and even outlast them. The dilemma of this new development is the very existence of agencies of cultural diffusion such as the media and the information machineries which supposed to be a guiding light towards functional responsiveness and yet serve to preserve the balance or status quo. The postmodern world which is characterized by the buying and selling of not only goods and services, but also in massive extent information, lay claim to people’s mind fabricating a nostalgia of self-sufficing exploitation. A one-dimensional man dwells in the contemporary world who is actually a pleased, innovative being but then devoid of the immaterial understanding of his universe which is in reality governed by discourse and action.

I will pay for the following article Bell Hooks, Talking Back, and Female Writers. The work is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. One of the primary messages in Bell Hooks’ essay “Talking Back” is the concept that talking back or responding in any way other than submission to authority figures meant she was daring to disagree or express an opinion as to if she were equal to the person she is talking with. This was always considered inappropriate because she was a woman and women were not supposed to have any authority. This idea is seen in many of the things we’ve read this semester as it is expressed by several female authors including Bell Hooks, Maya Angelou, Gwendolyn Brooks, and Kate Chopin. Bell Hooks starts off the discussion by blatantly writing about women’s lack of authority and the attitudes she faced every time she tried to express her ideas. She says, “had I been a boy, they might have encouraged me to speak believing that I might someday be called to preach,” but because she was a girl she was supposed to just stay quiet and accept what she was told. Women’s speech, she says, was reduced to just “giving orders [within the home], making threats [that had no weight], and fussing [which was ignored].” Since she couldn’t express what was on her mind in verbal speech, she turned to write as a means of getting her ideas out. This opened her up to harsh criticism by her community once it was discovered, but it also sent the message out to other women that their ideas were not necessarily worthless just because they were women and it helped to expose the degree to which women were being subjugated by their own society. These ideas of subjugation and a need to express the self can also be found in the work of Kate Chopin. In her short story “The Story of an Hour,” she introduces the main character as a very sickly young woman who has just been told that her husband died in a train crash. When she gets alone in her bedroom, she starts to celebrate her newfound freedom and her blood begins to flow. “There would be no one to live for during those coming years. she would live for herself.&nbsp.&nbsp.

Write 5 pages with APA style on Amplification, Rectification and Applications in Motor Design. The study of this course can further be summarised as, optimizing the motor circuits both analogue and digital, designing the digital circuit parameters, circuits both the analogue and digital that are meant for the amplifiers, designing low-pass filters of the system, designing the 7-segment display decoders of the system, and finally, simulating the various components of the whole system.

Following the course guidelines when designing the system, it is advisable that all the current signals must be converted to milli ammeters that range from 2.5 mA to -2.5 mA. The required range of voltage signals for the system should range from a voltage of 3V to a voltage of 2V. After fulfilling the conversion recommendations of the system, suppress any noise that may be available in the system AC signal with frequencies exceeding 100 Hz. When all the parameters of concern have been validated, the conversion of the analog circuit to the digital circuit then follows while maintaining the A-D converter at 8-bit. Finally, relay the digital signal of the 8-bit to the 7-segment in order to get the display. The system’s ADC clock is relayed by the converter.

The circuit design of the motor is discussed with regard to its two components thus, systems analogue circuit and systems digital circuit. The functionality of the systems analogue circuit is based on signals that emanate from the low currents and are converted to signals of the voltage and finally the noise is filtered from the signals that originate from the alternating current of the system. Various components make up the analog circuit thus, circuit rectifiers, circuit low-pass filters, and circuit amplifiers. (Langevin & Riopel 2005).&nbsp.

Alternative Current Voltage (ACV) is converted to the signals of the DCV with the help of SCR. The low-pass filters of the system are used to filter any noise present in the ACVS after the amplification and the amplifiers are finally used to amplify signals of lower magnitudes of current to the recommended ranges of the VS.

The digital circuit components are classified into various categories thus, A-D converters of the system, synchronous counter that is 8-bit, SSD decoders, and BCD decoders. The D-A converters help to convert the ACS to the DCS. BCD-SSD converters of the system are useful in the display of system signals that are converted digitally on the 7-SUD (segment unit of the display) (Langevin & Riopel 2005).

In the IT sector, with the augmented level of market competition along with transforming nature of demands of the customers, proper and timely changes in conducting the business has indeed become crucial up to a certain extent. However, it is widely believed that proper change management approach is significant which further helps in developing a systematic framework enabling proper application of the changes planned (Paton and McCalman 1-22).

Change management is a particular approach of business units to transform the operations of business towards a particular set direction for the purpose of future wellbeing in a smooth and successful manner altogether. It involves a systematic process which is executed by the management of the business or the change management team. Notably, change management is a methodical way of implementing a change in any domain of business where the perspectives of both the organizational wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of the human resources at different levels are taken into consideration. It is believed that change management has diverse aspects which comprise adapting to the implemented or proposed change, managing as well as monitoring the change and ensuring the effectiveness of the change among others. It will be crucial to state that a proactive approach towards dealing with any sort of organizational change includes the three aforementioned core elements. Change management has a direct impact on the operational wellbeing and profitability of any business (Queensland Government, “Change Management Best Practices Guide”).

prepare and submit a paper on written proposal. Teacher Research Proposal: The benefits of physical exercise to physical and mental wellness and how it contribute to longevity I. Introduction

Your assignment is to prepare and submit a paper on written proposal. Teacher Research Proposal: The benefits of physical exercise to physical and mental wellness and how it contribute to longevity I. Introduction

It is already generally accepted that exercise is good to our physical wellness. Studies are already firm that indeed exercise makes a body strong and resistant to many diseases. It however is still unclear if exercise also other benefits aside from physical wellness. This proposed research will aim to explore the benefits of exercise to mental wellness, aging and longevity.

II. Topic and research questions

The chosen topic will be the other benefits of exercise other than physical wellness. It shall explore the benefits of exercise to mental wellness, psychological health and life span.

Research questions:

1. How does exercise benefit other aspects of well-being such as mental and psychological well-being?

2. Does exercise delay aging and increases life span?

3. How does exercise increase life span? Healthier body and positive psychological well-being or both?

III. Summary of the conversations

There are studies coming out that made exercise more interesting to research about. Studies are now reporting that in addition to physical health, exercise is also good to mental health. Studies that have reports about exercise’s healing qualities is slowly gaining popularity as well as a way to delay aging and increase longevity.

With regard to benefits of exercise to mental health, one of the most compelling discussion is made by Deslandes and Schuch who proposed that the benefits of exercise particularly aerobic and strength training “contribute to improve cognitive function, especially the executive function”. In the same study, it also reported that exercise reduces depressive symptoms through the “occurrence of redundant neurobiological pathways with the increase of neurotrophins due to exercise”. Interestingly, Dunn and Jewel, even contend that physical exercise could even be a cure to mental disorder. Their study also reported that exercise can change an indivdiual’s outlook in life to become optimistic that can contribute to one’s health and well-being (Dunn and Jewel 204).

Other studies supported this report that physical exercise could reduce and resist anxiety. It prescribed long term exercise however to promote mental wellness that is resistant to anxiety (Strickland and Smith). Interestingly, it seems that exercise could also make one intelligent because according to Brow et al’s study, physical exercise can help “maintain superior cognitive functioning as well as modify the risk of cognitive decline, AD and dementia” (Brown et al 872).

Other benefits of exercise was stated by Raj et al, where he reported that physical exercise make people avoid unwholesome lifestyle such as smoking and drinking. In the same study, Raj et al contended that exercise does not only make people healthy but also increases their philanthropic tendency (Raj 1191).

Of course we can deduce that given the benefits of exercise of having a healthy body that is resistant to diseases, that we would live long and slow aging (CBN News). Quoting Brian Kinney assertion that “the harder you exercise, the longer you live” (Bryant ) validated this assumption about exercise. There is also a study that exercise delays aging but it was only limited to mice which is equivalent to 20 years in human (Edwards) making it interesting to know how could exercise extend life in years. It would make an interesting study also how exactly does physical exercise delay aging and extends lifespan whether it is the healthier body does it, positive mindset or a combination of both.

Need an research paper on women in afghanistan/ rawa. Needs to be 5 pages. Please no plagiarism. The women who dared to protest were treated brutally in order to ensure that they submit to the oppressive ways of the Taliban. This was seen as retrogressive considering that women rights in the rest of the world were advanced, in that women were treated as equals. In the book Veiled Courage, the author Cheryl Benard attempts to explore the efforts of the courageous revolutionaries who were instrumental in liberation efforts to change the situation that Afghanistan women were facing. The burqa played a significant role in the liberation efforts of the Taliban women. This was because of its bulky nature, through which the women were able to conceal equipment that enabled for the recording of the atrocities that women faced. This was key in the struggle for the unrestraint of women in the region from Taliban oppressive laws. This was because the plight of the Afghani women was exposed to the globe leading to call for change and respect for the liberties of women. Role of the Revolutionary Association of Women in Afghanistan (RAWA) The oppression of the Afghani women led to the formation of Revolutionary Association of Women in Afghanistan (RAWA), an organization that supported the efforts of the brave women who were seeking revolution.

Need help with my writing homework on Few topics. African American Identities, African Immigration and Diaspora, Africans becoming Americanized and losing culture. Write a 1250 word paper answering; Besides, the paper will talk about how African Americans today do not really accept their African side and want to be ‘Americanized’. It is also noted that in many instances, African American look down upon or dislike pure Africans and this is equally to be analyzed. Besides, the migration into America in search of employment or settlement in Diaspora is of concern to this paper.

The 1807 abolition of slave trafficking into the US marked a great step in defining the future of the Africans who would often find their way to America as slaves. The abolition also allowed the slaves then to settle there and this marks the main origin of African Americans although scores of other Africans have latter settled in the US intentionally, or as the law allows either in search of employment opportunities, education, as refugees or seeking asylum or for such other reasons as. There is however a disparity that is pointed out between the native African Americans especially who are citizens by birth and the immigrants.

History depicts a ‘bad’ past for the African Americans who faced among other things prejudice from the whites based on the skin color. In fact, despite having rightfully settled and acquired the American citizenship, history shows how the racial discrimination has been a feature in the country. The discrimination and or treatment accorded to the African Americans by the white would be based on identity. However, great changes have been witnessed with great persons of African origin rising to heights of influence in the nation with the most current being the president. This shows a great evolution with the African Americans now actively participating merely in all aspects of life and politics being the most influential.
