From the textbook:  Go to the County Health Rankings Website (www.countyhealthrankings.org Links to an external site.) and explore the health outcomes and health factors data for the county where you reside.  There are rankings on how your county compares to other counties in your state, as well as graphs that show how your county compares to your state and the country.

Give a brief overview of your county.  Then describe one health care initiative that could improve outcomes or reduce factors that affect health outcomes in your county.
